Kaleisia is a name that combines the words ‘kaleidoscope’ and ‘Asia’. Kaleidoscope represents the infinite varieties of tea around the world. Asia is for tea’s Asiatic origins.
our story
It started with a wild idea — the idea that we could cultivate a community focused around artfully-prepared, loose leaf tea. How could we spread our love for this Eastern ritual, share and spread its natural health properties that have made our own lifestyle more enjoyable and rewarding every day? Where do we begin? We simply had to begin somewhere, and gave our small idea a home in Tampa in April 2005.
Since opening our doors in 2005, we’ve celebrated countless anniversaries, hosted gatherings small and large, organized fundraisers, received press recognition and more. But most importantly, we’ve grown into an oasis for our “CommuniTEA“. We’ve connected with individuals, families, and small businesses who believe in succeeding together. Year after year, we continue to spread our ever-growing love for tea, and what was once a wild idea is now a beloved, daily experience shared by many.
And the best part of our story? We’re all in this together.
