The Gifts of Love Benefit Dinner includes a 5-course meal catered by local chefs featuring farm-fresh vegetables from Sweetwater’s farm.  There will be over a dozen dishes to feast upon and of which, 75% will be vegan/vegetarian.

The evening features food, live music, raffle and a mini silent auction.

Cost is $20.00 per person and includes the buffet style 5-course meal and an entry into the night’s raffle.  All ticket sales will benefit community outreach and educational programs of Sweetwater Organic Community Farm.  Tea and smoothies may be purchased additionally to benefit Sweetwater.

Complete lunch is $18 per person.

Seating is extremely limited and an early RSVP is recommended.  Refunds and rain checks are not available but transfers are welcomed.

One of our tea specialist will be on hand to answer any questions you have on oolong.  With the exception of the Coconut Oolong, these fruity teas are only available for purchase to brew at home.  The tasting is free but an RSVP is required.  Post a comment here to rsvp online or call 813-977-8266 to rsvp by phone.

Join us for tastes of  Oolong teas and explore the art of the traditional Gongfu Cha Ceremony.  A Kaleisia tea specialist will be on hand to answer questions on proper oolong brewing techniques and demonstrate the use of various Chinese teaware.

Have you ever enjoyed a 4th or 8th steeping of the Nantou Oolong?  Ever wonder why gongfu tea pots contains only a few ounces of brewed tea?  In addition we’ll be sampling NEW Lychee, Passionfruit and Yuzu flavored oolongs.

TEA 101  is a catch-all session with Kaleisia’s tea specialist. The purpose of this class is to familiarize you with the varieties of teas around the world and to share information that can make tea more enjoyable.

This is a hands on workshop where you will utilize most of your senses.  You will examine the dry leaves, taste the varieties of teas, and explore the aromas each tea impart.

We encourage you to come with questions and hope you’ll share your tea experiences with the group.  Please note that each workshop is limited to only 10 participants therefore early RSVP is encouraged.

RSVP is required and seating is limited to 10.  A fee of $5 per person is required and covers all dry teas and brewed teas.

What is Gifts of Love?
