Heather Tweed is a painter from Sarasota, Florida whose art primarily explores environmental issues in Florida and its surrounding waters. Mangrove estuaries, wetlands, aquatic animals, and birds inspire her. Heather hopes to spark a greater appreciation and awareness regarding Florida’s environmental issues through her art, and she is committed to the natural health of the Everglades and Gulf of Mexico.
